France is getting some new Nissan models in 2015. The Juke and its bigger brother, Qashqai, are seeing some special editions. The Nissan Design Editions include some new technology and flashier styling. Both special editions are based on the Acenta trim level.
The Nissan Juke Design Edition is painted Artic White and sits on 17 inch alloy wheels with a rear tinted window. Technology includes cruise control, automatic climate control, and Bluetooth connectivity. Red accents and inserts on the front bumper as well as red contours and red mirror caps set it apart from everything else on the road.
The Qashqai sits on the 17 inch alloy wheels but lacks the Juke’s red accents. Instead it has front and rear parking sensors, automatic climate control, and light and rain sensors. A panoramic glass roof, roof bars, and tinted rear windows are optional.
The Juke starts out with a DIG-T 115 and 1.6L 117 petrol connected to an Xtronic CVT or a dCi 110 diesel. Engine variants for the Qashqai include the DIG-T 115 petrol and Xtronic CVT hooked to a six speed manual or the dCi 110 with a six speed manual. Pricing starts at 21,490 euros.
Some say that the Nissan Juke is so ugly, it’s attractive. Others say it looks…interesting. And still others claim that it’s the most beautiful thing on four wheels. In any case, people are talking—and there’s no such thing as bad press, right?
It looks like silence won’t come any time soon. The 2015 Nissan Juke is only upping the ante, as far as the Juke’s weirdness is concerned. It was unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show; Digital Trends tell us that the mid-cycle refresh “accentuates the Juke’s unique personality while leaving the basics of the car intact.”
The most unique aspect to the new Juke is what Nissan is calling “Color Studio.”
This allows buyers to get their hands dirty…with paint that is. Customers can choose from eight colors on 12 different accessories. As Digital Trend surmises, combinations are likely to get pretty crazy thanks to the new Nissan Juke color choices. But after all, that is what the Juke is about.
We here at Economy Nissan are looking forward to seeing some of these crazy combinations!
As the summer continues so do Star Wars 7 episode rumors. With rumors of another movie circulating, hard core fans are becoming excited. Not only are fans becoming excited but so are businesses. In honor of a Star Wars 7 Episode, Nissan has started a few rumors themselves. Recently, Nissan released a teaser video suggesting the auto company has developed a Star Wars themed Juke.
Set to be revealed August 26th, the new Nissan Juke has people excited. Will it really be Star Wars themed? Little is known about the model, but some are indicating a red and white exterior could be inshore (based off of the Stormtroopers).
The Nissan Juke has found inspiration from other movies in the past. In 2012, the Nissan Juke found inspiration creating the Juke Nismo Dark Knight Rises Edition. Special features of this Juke Nismo included a matte black exterior matched with a shark fin antenna, aluminum Bat badges and gloss black 18-inch alloy wheels on the exterior. The interior had special features like the embroidered headrests, special still plates and projectors displaying Bat logos on the roof and headliner.
Rarely does the Nissan Juke go unnoticed and the 2013 model is no exception. The sporty crossover catches everyone eye with inspirational designs and style.
